Also included is Rose's German passport; certificate declaring him to be of legal age; letter from the American consulate general in Vienna regarding his immigration visa; and military registration certificate

Fred Rose

Fred Rose was born as Fritz Rosenzweig on April 19, 1919, in Vienna, Austria. Mr. Rose was sent to Dachau during Kristallnacht and remained there until December 29, 1938. He emigrate from Germany to New York, where he arrived in March 1939 via Rotterdam and London. He served in the US Army during World War II
